• Based on your PLATINUM sponsorship package, you are entitled to 12 Full Registrations
• Each sponsor is also entitled to 2 Exhibit Booth-Only name badges. Exhibit Booth-Only name badges permit entry to the Exhibit Hall only and DO NOT allow access to the general sessions.
• Requests for additional Full Registrations or Exhibit Booth-Only name badges cannot be honored at this time.
• If it is necessary to substitute staff prior to the conference, you must notify IDEOlogy Health in writing prior to July 8 to ensure a name badge can be provided.
• All attendees and sponsors are required to wear a name badge throughout the duration of the conference.
• Badges can be picked up onsite starting Thursday, August 1, 2024.

- There, click on the blue text “Have an access code?”
- Enter 24ASTGU and click “Apply”
- Your company’s ticket option will appear. Select the number of attendees you’d like to register
- Scroll down to the green “Register Now” button
- Fill out & submit the attendee form
